Who We Are
Laptop Care is a computer and electronics retailer. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell — we source, vet, and resell authentic items from established brands such as HP, Dell and Lenovo. Every product listed is genuine; refurbished items are clearly labelled.
Orders & Payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept M-Pesa and major debit/credit cards. An order is confirmed once payment has been received — for M-Pesa, that means a successful STK push confirmation; for card payments, a successful charge.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location within Kenya and internationally. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for reasons of change of mind.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We use your account details to process orders, provide order history, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional emails about new arrivals and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Accepting These Terms
You are asked to accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy when you create an account and again before you pay for each order. We record the date and the version you accepted. If a price or product description is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
